We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any of our products. We kindly ask you to review all product descriptions and sizing details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact us before completing your purchase.

Each of our products is authentically handmade. Because of this, slight variations in motifs, textures, and colors are a natural part of the crafting process, adding to the individuality of every piece. Unlike items that are chemically dyed or digitally printed, our handmade creations are produced in small quantities rather than on a large scale. As a result, minor differences in color, shade, or design across batches are to be expected and celebrate the artistry behind each item.

If you receive a product with some genuine quality or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item so we can assist you with a satisfactory resolution.

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds for cancellations will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
